On October 6, 2017, the Trump Administration introduced two rules that allow “religious and moral exemptions and accommodations for coverage of certain preventative services under the Affordable Care Act (ACA).” These laws restrict women from access to contraceptive/abortifacient services that were previously provided to them by their employers under the ACA.
